This website is a static site hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich. We only collect and process personal data to the extent necessary for providing the website and processing contact requests.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich GmbH, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. We have a data processing agreement in place pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

No access logs (log files) are generated on our web space. We therefore store neither your IP address nor your browser type, operating system, referrer URL or the time of your request.

Independently of this, our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data at infrastructure level (including the IP address) in order to secure server operation and to prevent malfunctions and misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure operation). Full IP addresses are deleted there after seven days at the latest.

4. Contact Form

When you contact us via the contact form, we process your details (name, email address, company if provided, and message) in order to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

The details are not stored in a database. They are sent directly to us by email and kept in our mailbox. Retention period: we delete your inquiry once it has been fully dealt with and no further questions are to be expected. Statutory retention obligations, in particular under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.

5. Web Fonts

This website uses exclusively locally hosted web fonts (self-hosted). No connection to Google Fonts or any other external server is established; your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

6. No Cookies, No Tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking, or analytics tools. No marketing or advertising cookies are set.
